After stepping on the scale this morning I decided I was going to go back to logging my info on here to track my progress. This is for myself to keep me accountable and also so that I can come back to this and see how I was doing down the line.
Height: 5'1"
Weight: 122.6
BMI: 23.1
Body Fat Estimate: 29%
Waist: 27"
Hips: 37.5"
I just downloaded an app from HealthStatus that tells me my BMI & Body Fat is and I'm borderline overweight. No bueno!
Today I went to the Y and did BodyPump, which I love, but I pulled my tricep so it looks like I will be running for a week or so instead of group classes.
